About
Associate Professor Do Huu Dao is an expert in geotechnical engineering. He is a professor and Head of the Division of Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Science and Technology - the University of Danang. He serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the Vietnam Society of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering. He is also a member of ISSMGE and Vice Director of The Center Research, Application, and Consultancy of Foundation Engineering & Construction. He graduated from the University of Science and Technology - University of Danang in Bridge and Road Construction Engineering in 2002. Subsequently, he pursued a Master's degree at the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering in 2008. In 2015, he obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Danang. Later, in 2022, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor by the State Council for Professorship.
